Reverie Synaptic Pulse (RSP) is a multi-division company providing:

• Algo Trading: Semi-automated & automated trading systems, EAs, and indicators.
• Fund Management: Portfolio management services (PAMM/MAM).
• IT Services: Web development, software solutions, and automation.
• Digital Marketing: SMM, branding, and growth strategies.

All services are provided under clearly defined scopes and agreements.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• You comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction

3. Scope of Services

Services are delivered based on:

• Written proposals, invoices, or contracts
• Defined timelines, deliverables, and pricing
• Mutual agreement between RSP and the client

Any work outside the agreed scope may require additional fees.

4. Trading & Financial Disclaimer

• Trading and investment activities involve significant market risk
• RSP does not guarantee profits, returns, or capital protection
• Past performance is not indicative of future results
• All trading systems (manual, semi-automated, or automated) may experience losses

Clients are solely responsible for their financial decisions and outcomes.

5. No Investment Advice

Reverie Synaptic Pulse (RSP) does not provide personalized financial, legal, or investment advice. All tools, systems, and information are provided for execution and educational purposes only.

6. Payments & Billing

• Fees are charged as per agreed proposals or invoices
• All payments must be made on time
• Payments are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated in writing
• Delayed payments may result in service suspension or termination

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• All software, trading systems, strategies, code, designs, content, and materials remain the intellectual property of Reverie Synaptic Pulse (RSP)
• Clients may not copy, resell, modify, or redistribute Reverie Synaptic Pulse (RSP) materials without written consent

8. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Misuse or reverse-engineer Reverie Synaptic Pulse (RSP) systems
• Share proprietary tools or confidential information
• Use services for illegal, unethical, or fraudulent activities
• Violate platform, broker, or regulatory rules

9. Technology & Service Availability

While Reverie Synaptic Pulse (RSP) aims for reliability:

• Services may experience downtime, bugs, or third-party disruptions
• Reverie Synaptic Pulse (RSP) is not responsible for failures caused by hosting providers, brokers, APIs, or external platforms

10. Digital Marketing Disclaimer

For SMM and marketing services:

• Results are not guaranteed
• Performance depends on platforms, algorithms, market demand, and audience behavior
• Reverie Synaptic Pulse (RSP) is not liable for business losses, ad rejections, or platform policy changes

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Reverie Synaptic Pulse (RSP) shall not be liable for trading losses, revenue loss, or indirect damages
• Reverie Synaptic Pulse (RSP) is not responsible for consequential or incidental losses
• Use of Reverie Synaptic Pulse (RSP) services is at the client’s own risk

12. Termination

Reverie Synaptic Pulse (RSP) reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• Terms are violated
• Payments are delayed
• Illegal or abusive activity is detected

No refunds will be issued upon termination unless legally required.

13. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, trade secrets, and proprietary systems unless disclosure is required by law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

15. Changes to Terms

Reverie Synaptic Pulse (RSP) may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
